By agreeing to the following statement, I certify that I can swim at least 300 metres unaided in open water without difficulty and I am confident in my swimming abilities in open water. By agreeing to the following statement, I certify that I am physically able to participate in this program, and that I will purchase my own travel and medical insurance to cover the duration of my stay overseas during this program as is required by Kaimana Expeditions/Kaimana Ocean Safari. Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement IMPORTANT: Participation in this trip requires acknowledgment of this waiver. Please review and agree to the terms below. By checking the box above, I confirm that I: Acknowledge the Risks: I understand that activities organized by Kaimana Expeditions and Kaimana Ocean Safari (e.g., freediving, snorkeling, scuba diving) involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, interaction with wildlife, and travel to remote locations with limited medical access. I voluntarily assume these risks. Release of Liability: I release Kaimana Expeditions and Kaimana Ocean Safari, its employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaimana Expeditions and Kaimana Ocean Safari for claims resulting from my actions or negligence during the trip. Medical Responsibility: I confirm that I have travel medical insurance covering freediving, snorkeling, scuba diving, and emergency evacuation. I will bring a printed copy of my policy to provide to the guide upon arrival. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical or evacuation expenses. Behavior: I agree to follow all instructions from guides, respect local laws, and understand that disruptive behavior may result in my removal without refund. Agreement to Terms: I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver. I agree to its terms and understand that it limits my rights.
